Par for Parkinson's Golf Tournament
The 2nd annual Par for Parkinson's golf tournament will be held at The Golf Club at Cedar Creek on Saturday, May 15th 2010. All proceeds of the tournament support the Medical College of Georgia's movement disorder program. The tournament entry fee is $75 per person/$300 per foursome and includes golf, breakfast, lunch, range balls, and a gift.

- A “4-Man Scramble/ Captain’s Choice” benefiting the Movement Disorder Program at Medical College of Georgia
- $75.00 per person / $300.00 per foursome, entry fee includes golf, range balls, breakfast from Krystal’s, lunch from Fatz Café, and a gift
- Individual entries will be used to form a team
- Ladies Only Division
- $10,000 Hole –In-One $2,500 Putting Contest Mulligans and Red Tees available
- Deadline for entries May 8, 2010
- First 100 players to sign up and pay before April 24, 2010 will receive one dozen Taylor Made golf balls
